We offer international shipping covering most contries but not all depending on some customs restrictions. If you have a question about shipping to your country, please send an e-mail to shop@codemoda.com.
Processing time is 1-3 days. All packages are sent with a tracking number. All items are sent from the EU-Bulgaria. Depending on the destination shipping takes 7-25 days (5-7 for Europe and 10-25 for the USA and Australia).
Returns are accepted within 14 days of reception. Excahnges are not possible due to the limited quantities of the products. If you wish to return an order, please send an e-mail to shop@codemoda.com within the 14-day return window. We do our best to describe/show items correctly but if you have an issue we'll be happy to assist you, please contact us to start the return process. All costs for the return are covered by the customer, the refund will be issued once the item has been received back in its original condition.
