With his first collection as creative director of Angel Schlesser fashion house, fashion designer Juan Carlos Mesa won the L'Oreal Best Collection Award at MBFWM. The 72nd edition of the Madrid Fashion Week showed the collections for the spring-summer 2021 season under unprecedented security measures and a completely changed configuration.
Mesa has a lot of experience, including with his own brand Maison Mesa. Fluid silhouettes, elegant gabardines, metallic clothes are loaded with nostalgia for the image and time of the actress Katharine Hepburn. And at the same time filled with brilliance, self-confidence and optimism.
