Everything in the men's wardrobe of the warm season is subject to perfect logic. Once again, classic cuts and favorite models are at the top of the list of current trends. It is important what is combined with what - denim with denim, loose pants with a loose top, bermuda shorts with a shirt or jacket. Here are the details.
HEAD TO TOE DENIM
As in the women's wardrobe, denim is big news on the men's catwalk this warm season. Designers present not only classic blue jeans, but also complete denim looks, as in the collections of Prada, Dior Homme and Bally. Christopher Bailey presents for Burberry Prorsum an extremely stylish styling of the classic denim jacket - buttoned up like a shirt and combined with other outerwear and colored trousers.
RELAXED SILHOUETTES
Wide trousers freed men from the dominance of skinny models a few seasons ago. For spring-summer 2015, designers take the casual loose silhouette to a new level, adding loose shirts, jackets and outerwear to wide trousers, as presented by Giorgio Armani, Etro, Ports 1961, Ermenegildo Zegna and Valentino.
BERMUDA SHORTS
Shorts are a must-have for spring-summer. But here is the design of the year - fashion houses such as Balenciaga, Fendi, Bottega Veneta and Roberto Cavalli present on the catwalk loose models with knee length. Bermuda shorts are here, but in an elegant version – they are most often combined with long-sleeved blouses or with a jacket.
OVERSIZED TRENCH
According to the forecast of the designers, a cool summer is coming. Therefore, they include a wide variety of outerwear in their collections - from the new interpretation of the safari jacket at Louis Vuitton to the denim jackets and bombers, a must for almost every catwalk. However, the real hit of the season is the trench coat - in a retro version. Straight cut, loose, in beige or bright colors as presented by Burberry Prorsum, Canali, Versace, Giorgio Aramani and many more.
