Ralph Lauren's safari luxury collection features ethereal lustrous fabrics and voluminous accent jewelry. As a counterpoint, all this is combined in a unique and very successful way with natural makeup. Barely noticeable, it leaves the lips and lids completely natural and tints the cheekbones and forehead in a soft gold – an effect borrowed from naturally sun-kissed skin.

More safari inspiration brings the collection of Nicholas K. Backstage in New York, the popular cosmetic brand Avon makes its debut. The company's make-up artists present the fashion brand with a stylish, effective and most importantly – practical – beauty look. The gentle golden "tan" of the cheekbones overflows with a neutral tone to the upper eyelid as well. The real emphasis, however, is on the lower one – prominently highlighted with a long curved black line – like an inverted cat's eye.

Avon continues its presentation at New York Fashion Week behind the scenes of another brand - Dennis Basso. The look shown in a perfect way illustrates the achievement of applicable natural makeup, so beloved by designers for several seasons in a row. For the office or a night out - the look is smoky with soft tones of brown instead of heavy black. Black eyeliner emphasizes the lash line and blends with the business black mascara.
